By accessing and using the Africhama CHAMA Management Platform ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Africhama provides a cloud-based platform for managing Savings and Credit Cooperative Organizations (CHAMAs/CHAMAs), including:

• Member registration and account management
• Contribution tracking and processing
• Loan application and management
• Financial reporting and statements
• M-Pesa payment integration

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan. All payments are processed through M-Pesa or approved payment methods. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the property of Africhama (Picidae InfoSolutions Ltd) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Africhama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
